Position of hotel and we were upgraded to a castle view as per request without paying extra
Hot food at breakfast was luke warm going old very quickly
Breakfast is great, bed very comfortable, nice view from the room (5th floor), location excellent. Walked to all the places during 4 days!
Unpleasant surprise upon arrival, which was resolved at the end, but made me feel the hotel is not very reliable. They wanted to move us to another hotel which was quite far, the reason they said was broken sewage on one of the floors.. Also, hotel should have wifi, which they didnt have.
Quite expensive in the hotel but that must be expected for this class of hotel. Very comfortable, freindly staff and great location. Fantastic views from the window across the city. The area had a safe feel when walking back late at night, Breakfast choice was fantastic, good start to the day!
There is a cost for the spa facilities that was a bit high for a one night stay.
We stayed in a suite 603 on the top floor. We had a balcony with the views of the castle and Senate & the gardens. If u can, ask for a room at least on the 4th floor as there is a big concrete wall in front of the hotel. the hotel is 5 mins walk from Karlov most & the castle. The girls at the the reception were very nice and helpful. We didn't have any breakfast in the hotel so can't really say if is it's good or bad.
There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, every time you want a cup you've to call the reception and they bring it to the room. It is free of charge but still a bit inconvenient.
Very comfortable, very good breakfast, 5 min walk to Karlov Bridge. Wonderful view from the 5 floor!
Parking 30 Euro!!! And not so comfortable.
Very quit location in the middle of old town Prague. Comfortable rooms with marble bathroom, the size is quiet ok if you are travelling by yourself for business as I did.
Breakfast & breakfast room, this is not what you expect at a five star rated hotel.
The Hotel-staff was very kind and helpful. The Hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms and suites were nice and comfortable. The view of the castle from the balcony was very nice both in daylight and by night. Only 2 minutes to public communication like tram and so. Nearby the Charles Bridge. We really enjoyd our stay in Prague and in this hotel.
The price was higher than the price from Booked.net. The change of the current valuta was higher than normally. I would recommend customers to pay in cash in the valuta which used by booking.
The hotel is located near the castle and the Charles bridge. The room was confortable, clean and with a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good although the space was rather small.
Small, clean and cosy hotel, very well located in the Old Town in Prague, just 2 min. walking disctance from Charles Bridge and a view to the Hradcany Castle. Very quiet. Reasonable price. Good value for money. We paid about EUR 90 per room per night, inlcuding breakfast. There is a small spa center (a small jacusi, a small steam bath and a small sauna, all enough for two persons, but not more), which you can book for private use anytome of the day or night.
There were some small problems, like the temperature in the room was very high (probably 26 degrees Celcius) and although we complaint several times they could not fix it properly; the shampoos and douche gels in the room were very small and not enough and the juices on breakfast were not of good quality.
The doorman was very courtious, the manager (young man) was excellent. However, the bar attendant and the girl (young) who served breakfast acted if they just buried their whole family. Only after a few ueors tip I saw a small smile. What we really missed was ability to make long distance calls (international) and internet access in our room! Other than that, the hotel was nice and we will come back.
See above. No internet and no accessto make international calls!
Location combined with price and professional staff. Compared to similar hotels I stayed at while touring Europe, this hotel was by far the best.
The location of the hotel is very good, about 5 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The best impression that we take from this hotel is the view of the city that we had in our senior suite. It is simply unforgettable. The room was not very big but cosy. The breakfast was not included in our room rate but there are no problems with finding a palce for breakfast in Prague. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The tea and/or coffee are served in the room at any time and free of charge, which was really nice. We would definitely choose the same hotel with the same room type for our future visits to Prague.

Location and the lobby bar.
The rooms are too small. The ventilation is noisy making it hard to get asleep.
